Debbie Yarusso is a Licensed Professional Pet Groomer and the owner of Puppy Paws Pet Spa. Trained as a Veterinary Technician, Debbie found her interests leading her towards the artistic side and she enjoyed it more, so Puppy Paws Pet Spa was born.
